Convenience – It only takes about 10 minutes to register and get your stalls (or entire facility) up and ready to rent. Even if you aren’t great with computers, our staff is available any time to walk you through the process.

Scared of commitment? – There is none with us! You have the ability to accept or decline each booking. There is no contract. You can remove your listing any time. And feel free to list your stalls with other services, or locally too! We won’t get jealous. Our only expectation is that should you choose to accept one of our guest bookings, you welcome our guests and afford them all services advertised in your listing!

Affordability – It is free to sign up, list and advertise on our site. Only if you choose to accept a booking offer from one of our clients is there a small fee deducted (see FAQs).

Extra income – Stall Destinations can help increase your potential earnings by filling your vacant stalls or facilities. As we said above, please feel free to list your stalls with other services, or locally too! We don’t want to slow you down, we want to help you out.

Confidence – Another great benefit to using Stall Destinations is feeling confident that your boarders will be verified through phone, email, and billing information. You may also specify in the description whatever special measures you require on arrival. This may include a security deposit, health certificates, coggins, etc.

Free advertisement – Nationwide online exposure with no commitment and no hassle.

Convenience – Stall Destinations is a central, nationwide, database designed to take the stress and hassle out of finding a property that will meet the needs of you and your equine partner! We strives to make searching for stalls or facilities throughout the US as easy as possible. It only takes a few clicks to find a facility, scroll through pictures, see a list of amenities, and read their reviews. Most importantly you can easily filter your search options to best suite your requirements!

Confidence – You have the peace of mind to see pictures of prospective facilities and also the ability to read reviews for your hosts before you choose to stay! Once registered and logged in, you also have the ability to contact a prospect host and square away any important details before the booking.

Booking on the go – The website is entirely mobile compatible, so you can book on the go (just not while driving!).

It’s simple! First select the “Register” icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen, then complete of the appropriate information. Finally, before you hit the “register” button, BE SURE to select the box labeled “Apply to become a host?” Watch this Youtube video for further clarification:

Once both “apply to become a host” and “agree to terms and conditions” are selected, click the “Register” button. You will then be taken to your host dashboard page. From here, you can continue to set up your listing by selecting the “Add a new listings” tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

After you have submitted your listing, will we review the details and publish the listing within 24 hours! If for some reason you run into trouble while setting up your listing, please do not hesitate to shoot us an email at info@stalldestinations.com or call us 866-782-5526.

Signing up as a boarder is just as simple as signing up as a host. First select the “Register” icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen, then complete of the appropriate information keeping in mind that all of the information requested is required, aside from your phone number which is only preferred. Once everything is filled out, select “Register” and you will be taken to your dashboard. You are now ready to search and book listings!

For the safety and security of you, your facility, and your other boarders, please avoid inclusion of specific farm names, farm address, and contact information in any of the title or descriptions (We will prompt you for this information where needed). This info will be shared after all parties are verified!

Be sure to fully describe your barn and amenities so those searching know exactly what awesome features you have to offer!

The best way to attract boarders is great high quality pictures. Be sure to include pictures of the whole barn, individual stalls, wash racks, and arenas or riding areas.

It is free to sign up, list and advertise on our site. If you choose to accept a booking offer from one of our clients, there is a fee of 8% deducted. This fee, and your estimated host payout total, will be outlined on the email you receive asking if you’d like to accept or decline a booking.

This 8% fee covers the credit card transaction fee, processing fees, taxes, internet server costs, website maintenance and continued development, salaries for customer service personnel, etc. etc.

And what we are most excited about is that 10% of all proceeds from the site are donated back to equine non-profit charities.

After the first 24 hours of your boarder stay, your earnings will be directly deposited into the account you provided at registration!

When someone requests to book your property or stalls, you will receive an email with the details of number of stalls, dates requested, as well as the option to accept/decline the booking. You will have 24 hours to accept/decline the requested booking. The boarder will be notified of your decision. If for some reason you click the wrong button for the accept/decline portion, just reach out to us at 866-782-5526 and we will get it resolved quickly!

If you have requested to book at a facility, you will receive an email reminding you of your exact request which you should review for accuracy. Your host has 24 hours to accept or decline your booking. You will receive a follow up email once your host has confirmed the request. If for some reason this email does not show up in your normal inbox, we recommend that you check your SPAM folder.

The payment for the stalls or property you have rented will be collected at the time your booking has been approved by the host.

Stall Destinations uses Authorize.net to secure all billing information. Our privacy policy can be accessed through this link for further details but please be assured that once your billing information is entered, we do not have access to the actual numbers and will not, under any circumstance, share your information with a third party.

If you have accidentally signed up for an account or signed up as a user when you wanted to sign up as a host, please reach out to us at 866-782-5526 and we will delete your account and help you sign up correctly. You can also give us a call if you would like to take your property down or delete your account completely.

We are currently developing a host calendar with variable pricing. Our recommendation is that you either mention in the peak season vs off season rates in the property description or only allow the calendar for the listing to extend to end of the current season price/date, then update your pricing closer to season. Rest assured, this will be addressed in the future!
